Clearly, Silver Oak University is a better choice to pursue B.Sc in Computer Science and IT. It is to be noted that none of these universities offer B.Sc course, only in IT. Comparing both these colleges on the basis of fees, ROI, infrastructure and people's opinion, Silver Oak University is a better option.
