Clearly, Silver Oak University is a better choice to pursue B.Sc in Computer Science and IT. It is to be noted that none of these universities offer B.Sc course, only in IT. Comparing both these colleges on the basis of fees, ROI, infrastructure and people's opinion, Silver Oak University is a better option.

All programs provided by the Faculty of Architecture and Design MRIIRS have an online admissions process. The application must be filled out and the application costs paid by visiting the official website of MRIIRS (deemed University).
