So, students can apply first and then check the merit list later to see if they secured the seat or not.

Yes, you can enroll in the BSc programme even if you haven't cleared the CET. Your Class 12 scores are also taken into account for admission. So, besides the CET, your Class 12 performance matters too when it comes to securing a seat in BSc programme at EILM Kolkata.
