Yes, students with 60% in Class 12 can apply for admission to the BSc programme at EILM Kolkata. The college doesn't mention the minimum score requirement on it’s official website, but college releases a merit list based on Class 12 scores. So, students can apply first and then check the merit list later to see if they secured the seat or not.

As per the DY Patil School of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics BSc course curriculum, the course provides students with flexibility to enter or exit academic programme at various stages.
