B.Tech Admission Process

During the process of applying to Dhanalakshmi College of Engineering for B.E. / B.Tech, applicants need to provide a number of important documents. These are marksheets and certificates of Class 10 and Class 12 for proof of educational qualification, transfer certificate, and migration certificate in case it is required. Other documents required are a caste certificate (in case of availing reservation), identity proof, birth certificate, domicile certificate, and passport size photographs. Following seat allotment through TNEA counselling, candidates will have to produce original and self-attested copies of all documents for verification prior to final admission and payment of fee.

The required documents during the B.E. / B.Tech application process at Cape Institute of Technology include:-

1. Class 10 & 12 Marksheets

2. Allotment letter for TNEA Counseling. 

3. Proof of Identity:- A government-issued ID as an Aadhar card, voter ID, or passport.

4. Caste Certificate (if applicable): A Valid caste certificate application for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) has to be provided. 

5. Domicile Certificate.

6. Passport size Pictures:- Generally, 2-4 recent passport-sized images are needed to fulfill the application form. 

7. Transfer Certificate: From the last educational institution attended. 

8. Migration Certificate (if applicable).

9. Income Certificate.

10. Admit card of the entrance exam and Class 12.

VIT Chennai BTech admission process is incomplete without physical verification of the documents required to establish the eligibility of a candidate. The institute has specified a complete list of the original documents that must be submitted at the time of reporting to the Institute. The same has been presented below:

• Transfer Certificate/School leaving Certificate (Or) Migration Certificate (issued by the board) and Conduct/Character Certificate issued by the School
• Student Profile – Signed by Student and parent
• Class 10 Marksheet (all attempts)
• Class 12 Mark sheet (all attempts)
• Certificate of Physical Fitness (Certified by an authorised Physician)
• Affidavit by the Student (Signed and Notarized)
• Affidavit by the Parent (Signed and Notarized)
• Undertaking Form (signed by Student and Parent on an A4 Sheet)
• Recent Passport-size colour photos
• Hostel Affidavit (Signed & Notarized) (For hostellers only)
• Copy of Provisional Admission Letter (PAL)
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Copy of Community Certificate (for SC/ST Candidates only)
• Copy of Nativity Certificate (for candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and the North Eastern states)

Candidate selected for BTech (Dairy Technology) admisison at SVVU Tirupati must report to the university campus for document verification. They must submit the following original documents to finalise their admission:

• Pass Certificate-cum-Memorandum of Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination (Intermediate)
• Hall Ticket & Rank Card of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET
• Class 12 or equivalent examination Certificate
• Community Certificate in the case of candidates belonging to Backward Classes/Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, signed by the competent authority/the latest EWS certificate
• Bonafide Study certificates (Class 6 onwards)
• Residence Certificate, if necessary
• Transfer Certificate from the College or School where the candidate last studied
• Form I and Form II, with evidence of land owned: Adangal/ 1B (or) Copy of Original Pattadar Passbook
• In case of candidates under Special Categories (CAP / NCC / PH / Sports & Games) the original certificates issued by the competent authorities
