B.Tech Admission Process

Uploading the prescribed documents is an important step in the admission process of The Neotia University for BTech. The university has specified a list of required documents on its official website. The same has been presented below:

• Mark sheet of Class 10 & 12
• Admit Card of Class 10 & 12
• Identity Proof (Aadhar/Voter ID Card)
• School Leaving/Migration/Transfer Certificate in ORIGINAL (can be submitted later before the University Registration process)
• Income Certificate of the family from A1 Gazetted Officer for those who want to avail Scholarships
• Address proof of the student from A1 Gazetted Officer (for scholarship wherever it's required)
• Coloured passport-size photographs with a white background
• Any other document required by the university

The following documents are to be submitted by the applicants while applying for the B.E./B.Tech at Jaya Engineering College, Thiruninravur, Chennai.

10th and 12th Mark Sheets: As a proof of marks obtained
Transfer Certificate: Issued by the previous college
Community Certificate: For those candidates applying for seats under the reserved category
Nativity Certificate: In case the students claim their nativity as a Tamil Nadu state native
TNEA Allotment Order: For the students admitted through counseling in TNEA
Aadhaar Card: As identity proof
Passport-size Photographs: Recent, as required.
Applicants seeking admission under the management quota may need a few additional documents. Refer to the admission office for the latest requirements.

To apply for a B.E. or B.Tech. programme at Adhiyamaan College of Engineering (ACE) in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, you'll need to submit the following documents:

Government quota

TNEA Allotment Order, community certificate, transfer certificate, +2 mark sheet, and Diploma mark sheet 

Management quota

Consortium Rank Card or Consortium Allotment Order, community certificate, transfer certificate, +2 mark sheet, Diploma mark sheet, and PEC (Provisional Eligibility Certificate) for NRI/Foreign Nationals 

Other documents

Nativity certificate if you studied outside Tamil Nadu and claim a community other than OC, and equivalency certificate if applicable 

Admission to B.E. and B.Tech. programs at ACE is based on the counseling process of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA). TNEA considers the marks scored by the candidate in the 12th standard examination. 

For admission in B.E./B.Tech programs in KIT College of Engineering, Kolhapur, an applicant is required to submit following important documents, which are 10th and 12th mark sheets with original and Photocopy, Transfer Certificate issued by the concerned institution where they had last studied, if applying under any of the reserved category caste certificate. MHT CET or JEE Main Scorecard. A domicile certificate (for students from Maharashtra), passport-sized photographs, Aadhar card or other valid ID proof, and income certificate (for students getting government scholarships) are some of the other requirements. For out-of-state candidates, a Migration Certificate is also required. All the above documents should be attested for verification in the admission process.

To apply for a B.E or B.Tech programme at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, you'll need to submit the following documents:

Academic documents: Scanned mark sheets for Class 10, Class 12, and graduation 

Other documents: Leaving certificate, Aadhaar card, passport-size photograph, signature, and college application form 

Additional documents: Affidavit by student or parent, self declaration, community certificate (for TN candidates only), migration certificate, transfer certificate, conduct certificate, physical fitness certificate, transport application form, hostel application form, allotment order, first graduate certificate, and income certificate
