Yes, you can. Pursuing Masters in any related subject you want is possible. Bioinfomatics and material Science are two different topics. Material Science deals with study of different properties and behaviour of materials.

You can appear for stream 2 and there is a chance of getting bioinfo . Try upto 3rd counselling even if you didn't get that in 1st or 2nd. It's totally based on how many candidates applied . There will be only 60 seats for bioinfo

Yes, you can apply. As maths is not required for this course.
Eligibility Of the Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Bioinformatics) The minimum eligibility for the course is that a candidate must have had Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their subjects in class XII and must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate.

Your cut-off is not enough in TNAU for B.Tech in Bioinformatics. You need to score above 190.

Entirely depends on which type of training, you are referring to
You can opt for short term 6 months or 1 year training courses for various computer languages but to enroll in a proper university or a college it will not be possible.
