You have asked a very interesting and pertinent question. Foreign companies do recruit students during placements season. However, for a person who is already working, this path is not available. There are really very slim chances for companies from abroad to recruit from India. But then countries like Canada have announced that they will allow immigration of almost 4 Lacs persons every year. You can attempt via this to immigrate and get a job there. Other European countries seek professionals in desired fields to immigrate. My sincere advice would be to approach either embassy of the countries where you want to go or some reputed agencies in the field of providing either immigration or jobs abroad. Best wishes to you.

For B.Tech (Lateral), candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for Backward class and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only), Alternatively for B.Tech (Lateral), candidates with B.Sc. From a recognised university as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for Backward class and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject, are also eligible. Students appearing for 10+2 or Engineering Diploma are also eligible. Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHT CET. All India candidates need to appear for MHT-CET/JEE Mains. Admission is through counseling conducted by DTE Maharashtra based on marks obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH-CET) or rank obtained in JEE-Mains. The admission for first-year engineering degree courses is done through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP). To become eligible for CAP the candidates need to register their application online.
