Yes, there is a good chance of getting admission in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) for B.Tech CSE with 90% in UP Board and 70% in JEE Mains.
CSE is a competitive branch, and JIIT Noida considers JEE mains scores for admission, but there is a difference in cutoffs every year.

The admission chances through WBJEE at position 3599 as an OBC candidate depend on previous year cut-off pattern data.
