Dear aspirant, It is not possible to get admission without entrance exam. NMIMS B.Tech admission is based on a valid NMIMS CET score. However, for the academic year 2022-23, the University is also accepting SAT/ ACT scores for admission to several B.Tech courses. The eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme are as follows:
Candidates applying for the regular B.Tech programme are required to pass their 10+2 examination or any equivalent examination from a recognised board including International Baccalaureate Diploma with English and Science as compulsory subjects. These candidates require a minimum of 50% aggregate in PCM. Candidates passing Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate are also eligible to apply. For candidates from International Boards, a total of 24 credits is compulsory to be eligible. An applicant is required to pass 3 subjects at a Higher Level with minimum of 12 credits, and 3 subjects at Standard Level with minimum of 9 credits. Candidates above the age of 25 are not eligible to apply for the programme. Admission to BTech 2022-23 programme of Jamia Millia Islamia will be based on the final rank of JEE (Main) 2022 conducted by NTA. To be admitted to BTech, candidates, who have filled online form of JEE Main are required to fill online application form of Jamia Millia Islamia too at www.jmicoe.in or www.jmi.ac.in before the last date, i.e., May 12.
Jamia Millia Islamia offers a four-year BTech programme across five specialisations. The annual seat intake for each BTech specialisation is 70 students per specialisation. Candidates, who meet the eligibility criteria of the respective programmes, can apply for Jamia Millia Islamia University admission.
