If you are getting 5K rank in Advanced, then you will get IIT why are you even thinking of NIT. You can get other branches in top IITs.

Chandigarh University is the best choice. If you will choose it in future for your course, you will get benefitted. The faculty and study pattern is almost similar to others, but a lot of additional features are added like more experimental, digital classes, powerpoint presentations and more.
