You must appear for the JCECE conducted by Jharkhand government. If you get a rank below 1000, then you can certainly get CSE in BIT Sindri.

If you are a resident of Karnataka, then you might get a good college there for any branch you want to pursue, but if you are of outside Karnataka, then you might find it a little bit difficult to get a college in the first round of counselling.

It is good that you are doing Engineering from private institutes. From my opinion, you have to take admission on the basis of placements, because in private institutes MNCs takes the placements more than other institutes. And, in Computer Science branch the faculty of private institutes are best.

For getting a good college, you have to score too well. You also, didn't do well in your JEE, so it becomes complicated for you to get good college. There is only one way, you can get good college i.e. apply through management quota, but in this process, you have to pay heavy fees.
