For admission into any government colleges, you need to write any entrance and score well in that, however regarding donation, no government colleges offer admission via management quota.

If you have good stuff in any of the core streams then you can get a good placement. In addition to that, you should improve your communication skills along with the problem-solving skills.

In the view of short-run career, you can choose CSE, but for the long run, you can choose IT or ECE as software boom has lost its significance. Whatever stream you take, gain more practical knowledge than theory.

Brother, Diploma in computer science is a bad idea if you have to pursue B.Tech after Diploma. Go directly for B.Tech after HSC, it needs a good knowledge of physics and maths for which HSC is good.
