For that you have to score under 300 AIR. Only then, you can be able to get this course, as CS is the main branch and student's first preference is this only.

I've done my undergraduate here. I belong to the first outgoing batch of the university. So, I think I know more about the university than anybody else. There are many things I want to specify but I will try to keep it short.
Academic rules:
Attendance, internal marks, and detentions. These things constantly change from batch to batch. Y-9 batch had no course wise detentions until 3rd year. Y-10 batch didn't have course wise detention in the 1st semester.
Y-11 and Y-12 batches have this new internals rule.
Y-13 batch has to satisfy their prerequisites.
2. Grading:
Grade points differ from batch to batch.
Y9, Y-10 and Y-11 batch.
X-10
A-8.9
B-7.

Dear student, there are many universities/ colleges that are providing students with best of education at low cost or nominal cost. You can try for admission in government institutions like IITs, NITs, etc. But, you will have to sit for an entrance test like JEE for that. If you miss out on this entrance test than you can try some private universities like Lovely professional University, Manipal University, etc. That are offering direct admission on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam as well as their own tests also. Some of them also offer good scholarships along with good placements. Check their websites for more deta

If you are from general or OBC category then you are not qualified. Talking about the other categories, the margin is very less. So, you will not get any college on the basis of your JEE Mains score. Now, you can appear for the state level entrance exam to get admission in government colleges falling under UPSEE, WBJEE, etc. These are state level exams.
Now, if you only want NIT, IIIT, or IIT then you will have to drop a year and prepare yourself for JEE Mains. Do hardwork and focus.
Best of luck.
