B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering

I've done my undergraduate here. I belong to the first outgoing batch of the university. So, I think I know more about the university than anybody else. There are many things I want to specify but I will try to keep it short.
Academic rules:
Attendance, internal marks, and detentions. These things constantly change from batch to batch. Y-9 batch had no course wise detentions until 3rd year. Y-10 batch didn't have course wise detention in the 1st semester.
Y-11 and Y-12 batches have this new internals rule.
Y-13 batch has to satisfy their prerequisites.
2. Grading:
Grade points differ from batch to batch.
Y9, Y-10 and Y-11 batch.
X-10
A-8.9
B-7.8
C-6.7
D-4.6
For Y-11 batch, I only know the grade points.
Infrastructure:
We can in no way use our university's infrastructure to the fullest because there are a lot of rules to be followed.
The canteen in the college, it doesn't have enough space to accommodate students. Moreover, the food in the canteen doesn't seem hygienic.
Sports facilities:
Most of the students here are not at all involved in sports. So, they know very less or nothing about it. The ground here is very bad. You frequently get your leg sprained if you try to run.
They don't provide us with enough sports equipment. So, even if you want to play, you won't be able to play.

Dear student, there are many universities/ colleges that are providing students with best of education at low cost or nominal cost. You can try for admission in government institutions like IITs, NITs, etc. But, you will have to sit for an entrance test like JEE for that. If you miss out on this entrance test than you can try some private universities like Lovely professional University, Manipal University, etc. That are offering direct admission on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam as well as their own tests also. Some of them also offer good scholarships along with good placements. Check their websites for more details. Good luck.
