MIT (Computing) refers to the specialization you choose to take during the degree. Because you have a background in CSE you must be aware what IT programs refer to. You will basically learn to create and apply computing technologies to meet user needs. With a specialization in Computing you will will have broader knowledge in IT project and change management,

Software designing. Select a specialization basis your career goals.

Following are Government universities/ institutes offering B Tech in Delhi: Delhi Technological University ; Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi; Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology; Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology; Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for women; Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University; National Power Training Institute. Although there are more then 10 eprivate engineering colleges, you may consider following private colleges for BTech in CSE in Delhi: Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, Mahraja Surajmal Institute of Technology, Northern India engineering college and Amity School of Engineering
