Yes you can get admission in B.Tech in good colleges.
As you have low percentage, you can opt for private colleges like Sharda, amity, galgotia, Lpu etc.
They required atleast 45%.

Sorry, but you cannot join IIST which is Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology directly. If you wanna go for B.Tech CSE Course, you must have qualify for the Joint Entrance Examination and then you can apply for Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology. Wish you best of luck for your entrance exam if you gonna sit for it.

For admission to the B.Tech course, the expected Vishnu Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh EAMCET cutoff 2024 is 5910 to 68290th rank for the general category students. Likewise, for the SC and ST categories, it is 32660 to 127630th rank and 52060 to 144720th rank, respectively.

Eligibility criteria to pursue CSE
For eligibility for a BTech in CSE, candidates must have passed the Class 12 exam from an accredited board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as their core courses. A minimum cumulative score of 60% in the aforementioned subjects is also required of candidates.
The cutoff ranks for the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the University of Calcutta for the 2024 WBJEE Round 2 were between 634 and 4348 for the General AI category. The B.Tech in CSE was the most competitive course in this category.

Since most private colleges have more flexible eligibility requirements than government colleges, you can apply for direct admission to a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at private or unaided engineering colleges if you received a 68% on your 12th grade JAC board exam. Securing admission to a B.Tech in CSE at prestigious government institutes like NITs, IIITs or GFTIs may not be possible with a CRL of 950000 and an OBC rank of 358,000 in JEE Mains because their CSE cutoffs are typically much lower. You can however look at admissions prospects at private universities, state-level engineering colleges, or establishments that hold places for higher rank holders under state counselling.
