Pravin Patil College of Diploma Engineering and Technology mainly provides Diploma courses, and there is not much information online about their BTech courses. But as per student reviews, the college is respectable for its Diploma courses, with faculty, infrastructure, and placements receiving good feedback.
For a better assessment, you could try visiting the college, speaking to students, and looking at their official website.
Hope this Helps!

Based on previous years' data, a CUSAT CAT rank of 1971 may offer you a chance for admission to the B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme at the Kochi campus, though it is competitive. For instance, in 2022, the closing rank for this programme was 1651, while in 2023, it extended to 3192.
Admission cutoffs can vary annually due to factors like the number of applicants, seat availability, and overall exam performance. It is your personal choice. If you don't have more options then you can go to this college. B.Tech from CSE is a good choice as the market is fully open for such courses. There will be fewer hardships for you to get placed compared with core courses.
B.Tech CSE from Saptagiri College is a good choice. It has the highest package of 10 LPA and average package of 5 LPA in Indian rupees. Its location is a big factor. The placements percentage is quite high i.e 90%. Infrastructure, library facilities, and campus life are good here.

You can get admission for B.Tech CSE at some colleges without appearing for any entrance exam. Some private institutes offer direct admission to B.Tech programs based on merit, and some conduct their own entrance exam. But it is always seen that the colleges that provide direct admissions are not among the top institutes of India. If you want to take admission in top institutes, you need to appear for entrance exams like JEE mains, but if your priority is getting a decent college, you can apply to direct admission-based institutes.

You may expect to get admitted into the B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (GVPCE) with an AP ECET rank of 14,000. The last ranks at closing for CSE in the previous year were about 9,000 to 48,000, and thus your rank will be a fair range of admission. But one must get involved in the counseling process and verify the particular cutoff for this year as it may differ according to competition and seats available.
