Yes you can as some universities & institution provide the same without maths & some have option to clear a bridge course (just like eligibility test) of Math than after that you will be eligible there. depending on your location you can get the details of the university & institution.

This programme has reasonably strong placements for the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Government College of Engineering, Amravati. Other top recruiters are companies such as TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro and Persistent Systems. The average package is about INR 4-5 LPA while the highest package offered recently was around INR 20 LPA.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology offers 4 years B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science and Technology course at UG Level. To get admission, 45% aggregate in 12th or if the equivalent is mandatory, KCET and COMEDK. The total fee structure for B.Tech CSE is Rs. 3.86 Lakh per annum. With a 57th percentile in the JEE Mains, getting admission to a good college for a B.Tech in CSE would depend on the cutoff of the applied colleges. Generally, top colleges have higher cutoffs for the CSE branches. For all undergraduate courses across India, state domicile candidates from Jharkhand have options like NIT Jamshedpur and BIT Mesra through state counseling, which have some fixed quota for state candidates.
