With JEE Mains EWS rank 16462 there are good chances for you to get admission in Top NITs like NIT Trichy, Surathal or may be in NIT Bhopal but it would be very difficult to get the Computer Science branch because it is the most competitive branch among all. You can assure to get admission to NITs like NIT Patna NIT Durgapur NIT Mizoram NIT Sikkim NIT Raipur it's important to participate in JOSAA Counselling which is responsible for admission to IITs, NITs and IIITs.

BTech without any entrance exam is a bit hard, but yes you can look for private colleges which might give you admission based on your 12th board result or some state government colleges which fill their leftover seats (mostly in lower branches) on the basis of class 12th marks. You might also find private colleges in Greater Noida.

Fee pattern of B.Tech in Computer Science differs widely in India. The global colleges in government sector and IITs/NITs may take annual fees between 50,000 and 3,00,000 and the fees of the course may vary between 2 Lacs to 10 Lacs in four years. The fees in private universities are higher, typically between 1,50,000 to 6,00,000/- a year, the most exclusive having a fee of 15 Lacs to 20 Lacs to compete the course. These rates would mostly cover the tuition fee but not the expenses of hostel, mess and other frivolous expenses.

Since you have a 98.83 percentile in JEE Main, there are great chances of computer Science (CS) branch in various good NITs. Although you may find it quite competitive to secure CS in the best NITs like the Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal, chances are you will get CS in NIT Delhi, NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Durgapur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Patna, NIT Raipur, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, NIT Silchar and NIT Andhra Pradesh. Your prospects are better still, when you have a home-state quota or fall under one of the reserved categories. Make sure that the cut offs of the previous year are looked up in JoSAA counselling.
