With 83.2685530 percentile in JEE Main, your chances for B.Tech in Computer Science (CSE) at top NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs are very low, especially for General category. However, you can still get admission into good private colleges,  state government colleges, and some lower-ranked GFTIs, depending on your category, home state, and counseling choice.

There is not a B.Tech particular in Computer Science & Cyber Security at Alagappa University, but, Alagappa University does offer a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a cutoff will be usually expected to be in a range between 5,000 to 10,000 through TNEA which is Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions process. While there is not a cut off specifically for Cyber Security, the above estimates can provide well-mannered estimates for Computer Science, which will typically consist of the cybersecurity components

BTech without any entrance exam is a bit hard, but yes you can look for private colleges which might give you admission based on your 12th board result or some state government colleges which fill their leftover seats (mostly in lower branches) on the basis of class 12th marks. You might also find private colleges in Greater Noida.

Fee pattern of B.Tech in Computer Science differs widely in India. The global colleges in government sector and IITs/NITs may take annual fees between 50,000 and 3,00,000 and the fees of the course may vary between 2 Lacs to 10 Lacs in four years. The fees in private universities are higher, typically between 1,50,000 to 6,00,000/- a year, the most exclusive having a fee of 15 Lacs to 20 Lacs to compete the course. These rates would mostly cover the tuition fee but not the expenses of hostel, mess and other frivolous expenses.

Since you have a 98.83 percentile in JEE Main, there are great chances of computer Science (CS) branch in various good NITs. Although you may find it quite competitive to secure CS in the best NITs like the Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal, chances are you will get CS in NIT Delhi, NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Durgapur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Patna, NIT Raipur, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, NIT Silchar and NIT Andhra Pradesh. Your prospects are better still, when you have a home-state quota or fall under one of the reserved categories. Make sure that the cut offs of the previous year are looked up in JoSAA counselling.
