Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Pune - Quite competitive but still achievable.

JSPM Group of Institutions, Pune - Pretty great quality education though.
Spot rounds and management quota can also be looked at in case of better options.

Vikram Dev University (Vikram Deb Autonomous College in formal relevance) is an institution in Jeypore, Odisha, best-known primarily for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of arts, science, and commerce, but that is not an engineering college. Therefore, it does not offer a B.Tech in Computer Science or any other programs related to engineering.

Now, for wanting B.Tech in Computer Science, you need to consider these options :-

Government Engineering Colleges in Odisha: Like College of Engineering and Technology (CET), Bhubaneswar, or Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Sambalpur.
Private Universities in Odisha: Such as KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, and SOA University, Bhubaneswar.
Admission Routes: JEE Main or Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) are the regular means for admission into B. Techs in Odisha.
