At a very disappointing score in JEE Mains percentile, it is best to ready oneself to target those colleges in Uttar Pradesh which either offer direct admissions, or whose admission process is controlled by their self-counseling system (as in most colleges), in which admission will be secured on the basis of 12 th board marks or a college specific entrance test. Among the alternatives with rather lesser fees and wider admission standards one may mention G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management (Mathura/Greater Noida), Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET) Greater Noida, ABES Engineering College Ghaziabad

There are no such affiliated Colleges under Tezpur University.
If you are willing to take admission in B.Tech Computer Science in Tezpur University, you can directly apply through official website of Tezpur University, and you may get admission according to your score.

There are many reputed Government colleges for BTech computer Science such as IITs NITs
IITBombay, IIT Kharagpur, IITMadras and many more IITs
NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal and many more NITs
All IITs and IITs are government colleges offers BTech computer science

B.Tech Computer Science ke liye aap ye top universities consider kar sakte hain:
VIT Vellore
SRM University
Shiv Nadar University
MIT-WPU Pune
Lovely Professional University

UPES Dehradun
In sabhi mein achhi labs, coding culture aur placement support milta hai. Entrance ya 12th ke percentage ke basis par admission hota hai.

No, with a 42 percentile in JEE Main, your All-India Rank would be around 800,000+, which is much lower than the closing ranks for CSE at Galgotias, typically around 120,000–140,000
So, you're unlikely to get B.Tech CSE at Galgotias through regular (counselling) rounds.
