Hi Anith,
In EEE branch, you have to study about electrical and electronics system. It is basically application of electrical systems in environment and more precisely on power system and in ECE branch you deal with electronics and some part of communication systems.

Why don't you take professional certification courses on IT i.e. Networking, Cloud computing, Big Data, Microsoft.

Nowadays every consumer durable and industrial electonic product is micro controller based. There are requirement for embedded systems or product designers. Therefore M.Tech Embedded system has good opportunities and scope. PLC SCADA will restrict opportunities in industrial control design only.
