Dear friend if you are much interested in Chemistry subject, then I would recommend B.Tech in Food Technology. Else, you can go for computer Science and engineering. My friend did B.Tech in CSE from LPU as he was not much good in Chemistry. I recommend LPU for both B.Tech in Biotechnology and B.Tech

For admission u have to complete your 10+2 for private universities. For government u have to qualify exam's. Fees structure is different in different universities.
