Yes, you can take admission in this college on the basis of your JEE Mains score and board score. But qualifying JEE Mains is must for getting admission in food technology. Best of luck.

Hello,
There is no B.Sc in chemical engineering in India. There are B.Tech and BE courses. B.Tech is more inclined towards research and be is more industrial focused.

You can get Admission in B.Tech Food Technology on the basis of your Score of Engineering Entrance Exams mostly JEE (Joint Entrance Exam ) and 12th Percentage. Eligibility Criteria to take Admission in B.Tech is that the candidate should have successfully completed the 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 50% marks is eligible.
