You can get admission with both PCM and PCB percentage, whichever is higher. But there is around 3% relaxation for PCBM students.

Yes, admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET)/ National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) / Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research Common Entrance Test (MCAER-CET).

You are eligible for the tag of an engineer before your name if you have completed BE/B.Tech from any authorized institute of India. Branch doesn't matter. B.Tech Food Technology or Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology is an undergraduate course which deals in food engineering and food sciences
