Admissions will be a challenge with this percentage in Canada. You should try in other countries, check options in Australia, Italy, Poland, etc.

Getting a job initially will be difficult particularly because you are a foreigner unless you want to work in a retail store. So it depends what kind of job you want to do. Completing your PG Diploma in Canada will allow you to work for 2-3 years which sounds like a better deal.

If you are doing B.Tech then reapplying for a B.Tech course again will not be accepted easily, so first you decide what to study. If you want to quit your current course and reapply even this will be challenging. Anyways if you are highly academic and have very good percentage you can give it a try. A very good SOP and LOR from your teachers will be required. If you want to transfer between semester you must then talk to the universities about their norms. You have to take the IELTS as well.
