(a) M.Sc-PhD to join as R&D professional
(b) B.Ed to become a teacher
(c) Lateral entry admission in B.Tech
(d) MCA
(e) M.Sc CS / IT
(f) MBA
(g) LLB
(h) Master in Social Works
(I) Master in Mass Communication
(j) Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC
(k) SSC exam for subordinate services
(l) CDS examination conducted by UPSC
(m) Asst Commandent exam conducted by UPSC for paramilitary forces.
(n) PO and clerical services examinations of Public Sector, etc.

Balinder, after your B.Tech you can directly apply for Air Force. LPU students have also availed opportunities of Placements in government services like Defense, Transport Corporation of India, etc. through on-campus/off-campus placement drives and SSB Interviews.

Gaurav, in absence of JEE you can try for admission in private universities like Amity, Lovely, Manipal, etc which have their own admission tests for B.Tech.All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some of them even offer scholarships.

Since, you have already completed your Diploma course, you can pursue B.Tech in mechanical engineering via lateral entry i.e. taking admission directly in the 2nd year provided that you have scored the qualifying marks depending upon the colleges (generally above 50%).

Hi,
Who said MAE is not considered as a B.Tech degree. If is it so, then colleges should have shut down this branch.
However, your thinking about MAE is right because nowadays, there are a number of specializations offered in B.Tech. Unfortunately, there isn't any materialisation of the same.
