Yes sure with this rank in JELET you will surely get any government college except Jadavpur University in West Bengal. So go for Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College.

I will say, it completely depends on university requirements, you might get admission with 60% marks, but it is not guarantee that you will get admission in top universities, some individuals got admission even with 55% marks. It is a university requirement. I would suggest you to kindly check with university for which you are applying. Thank you.

Hi Deepanshu, The fees varies for every college. And there are hardly any college which provide B.Tech mechanical via distance. Please confirm the college name in which you wish to apply for better understanding. Regards.
