As per 2015 batch the fee structure is something like this:
RVCE fee is Rs 1,50,000/- + Rs 23,000/- excluding hostel fees.

Pursuing Aerospace Engineering as a specialization in Post Graduation (M.Tech) is indeed a better choice. Aerospace Engineering is a niche branch in India with limited job opportunities at present.
