You can easily get IET Lucknow, KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi you can also get college other than these but these college are the topmost colleges under UPSEE.

Yes, there is reservation for local quota in COMEDK 2018, but it is based upon the state government reservation categories such as OBC, SC, ST, etc. As you belong to non-local quota, you will be considered as general student and rank will be decided on basis of that.
