Yes, you can do MBA in travel and tourism (after B.Tech) is a good course and has many scopes after that. It is the specialization of MBA. It is master degree and 2 years course. But. If compared to B.Tech Medical Electronic Engineer, it is definitely behind. So please think about it again. You might get very good jobs after B.Tech Electronics & Biomedical. M.Tech does not add any real value unless you are wanting to pursue exclusively technical career or study further overseas. It depends on what kind of job you are looking for. If you are looking for a lecturing job, then go ahead and do your M.Tech. If you are aspiring for higher studies out of interest, then go ahead. All the best.
