After B.Tech, if you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. M.Tech is completely a technical field in which you perform different experiments and compare the results and observe the behaviour. On the other hand, M.Sc. Is dependent on the theoretical parts. I would suggest you go for M.Tech if you had done B.Tech.
