University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad has not released placement data specific only to the BTech programme. However, as per the NIRF 2024 report covering all UG 4-year programmes, 630 students graduated in 2023-24, with 45 placed at a median salary of INR 5.25 LPA, while 441 students pursued higher studies.

The total fees for pursuing BTech at Anna University is around INR 13.93 Lacs - INR 25.47 lakh. This fee amount has been obtained from adding the tuition fee for BTech at Anna University which INR 13 lakh, Hostel fees which is between INR 4.,700 - INR 12 lakh, one time payments which total between INR 5,000 and INR 24,500 and other fees which total to INR 9,600 - INR 22,800.

The placement report for RGPV BTech placements has not been released by the institute yet for the year 2024 or 2025. The NIRF report on RGPV for BTech placements 2024 shows that the average package earned by BTech students in 2023 placements was INR 4.25 LPA. THe report also shows that around 262 students received placements during 2023 however, it is unclear whether this number pertains to BTech students or overall college placements.

CITM Kolkata admission is based on entrance exam scores. Some of the popular entrance exams accepted by the college are JEE Main, AIEEE, WBJEE, etc. CITM courses are offered to students at the UG and Diploma levels. To get admitted to CITM, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the institute. Further, candidates seeking admission to the BTech programme must be Class 12 passed with a 45% aggregate with PCM.

MIT School of Engineering and Science offers good placements annually for its BTech courses. As per the NIRF report of the affiliated university, 71 UG four-year students were placed during the 2023 placement drive. Other than this, the report also suggests that the median package offered to students was INR 5 LPA.

Kerala Agricultural University BTech admission demands that students pass Class 12 with Science subjects. The students should apply online for KEAM via the CEE website. Furthermore, clearing the NEET UG exam organized by NTA is mandatory.

NIMS University admission is both merit and entrance-based. The university offers a wide range of programmes at UG, PG, and PhD levels. Admission to most of the UG and PG courses is done through the university's in-house entrance exam, NIMSEE. To get admitted to NIMS University, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. Further, candidates seeking admission to the BTech programme must be Class 12 passed in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category).
