Yes, UIET Chandigarh offers good placements for BTech programs. The course-wise placement stats are yet to be released. To get a seat at Yogi Vemana University for the BTech course and its different branches, students have to first appear for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET entrance exam, attain a valid rank, and then sit for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET counselling process to be considered eligible for admission to the BTech course.
The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET entrance exam cutoff gets released for different categories under the All India and Home State quota. For the General HS category, the last round cutoff varied from 32835 to 156330. On the other hand, for the SC HS category, the last round cutoff fell between 83756 and 175444.

Sri Venkateswara University accepts the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET entrance examination for admission to the BTech course. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff varied from 3761 to 15636 for various engineering branches.
On the other hand, for the General category candidates under the Home State quota, the overall cutoff varies from 5689 to 69951. Hence, for students who belong to the General AI and HS quota, the maximum rank needed for admission to any BTech course was 15636 and 69951, respectively.
