For state level BTech colleges in West Bengal, some seats are reserved for JEE Main qualified candidates. However, most seats are filled through WBJEE. However, private colleges will accept admissions without WBJEE.

NIT Silchar JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the BTech CSE course was declared for various categories under both the AI and HS quota. For the General AI category, the NIT Silchar BTech cutoff 2025 ranged from 11112 in the first round to 16053 in the last round.
