The college ranking plays a very important role when it comes to studying the BTech BME course. As a good college ranking is synonymous with good coursework, infrastructure, student exposure, and placements. Having said that, it is also important to check the course fees, teaching faculty, and alumni feedback before taking the final call for admission.

IIT Indore JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 has been released for the first round. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff ranks among the General AI category candidates varied between 1628 and 10500. BTech in CSE turned out to be the toughest specialisation among the General AI category.
In the table below, students can find the cutoff range for different categories in the first round:

NTA has released round 1 of the JEE Advanced scores for candidates seeking admission to BTech, Integrated BTech and other courses. For IIT Dhanbad, the cutoff ranks in the first round varied between 3348 and 15969, for General AI category candidates, for admission to different courses and specialisations. The toughest specialisation among the General AI category candidates was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering.
The cutoff range for different category are given in the table below:

IIT Kharagpur cutoff 2025 was released for admission to BTech(Hons), BSc courses and their specialisations, as well as for the BArch course for all rounds and categories under the All India quota.
The last round cutoff in 2025 ranged from 466 to 19141 for the General AI category students, wherein BTech (Hons) Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest branch to get admission to. On the other hand, the easiest course for admission was the Bachelor of Architecture.

This cannot be said with any certainty, but generally it is recommended for engineering students to study at least 6 to 9 hours a day, including classroom lectures combined with lab classes, projects, assignments, and other extracurricular activities. The BTech Electrical Engineering course also needs a lot of effort from your end, and hence, you must dedicate a good amount of time to the coursework every day to get success later.

Whether internships are a mandatory part of the B Tech EE syllabus or not largely varies from one college to another, but they are definitely considered important and are recommended for graduates.
