No, there are no provisions available to the students for taking direct admission in the BTech programme at Jain University. Jain University BTech admission is entirely based on candidates' performance in the Jain Entrance Test (JET), conducted by the university, or scores of accepted exams such as, JEE Main/ Uni-GAUGE/ COMEDK are also considered. The final selection is based on the scores in the respective entrance exams, followed by a counselling round. 

The IMU CET syllabus for admission to BTech at IMU Chennai includes the multiple-choice questions that are based on the subjects candidates have studied in their Class 12- Physics, Chemistry anf Mathematics.
