BHU offers BTech seats for the university and for the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi. On the other hand, CUH only offers BTech seats for the university campus. Moreover, the total number of seats offered at BHU is 1,623, and CUH offers 240 seats for the BTech course.
