For B.Tech in CSE, the exam for government colleges are JEE MAIN, BITSAT WBJEE UPSEE. Etc. Try to get seat in IIT by JEE main and advanced or in DU university. For private go for SRM, UPES, AMITY, GALGOTIA, ICFAI, LPU etc. Please try hard for the JEE main exam since IIT are the best.

There are many colleges who take admission to M.Tech programme based on your B.Tech percentage or CGPA. But many college also take tier entrance exam for admission. I suggest you to appear for GATE exam in next year and try to qualify it with very good marks so that you can get the seat in IIT etc.
