Hello Murali,
Best engineering college in India charging about Rs. 1 L for four year course? Perhaps was possible few years back. But today fees of even government colleges is about Rs. 50K or more per annum. I am afraid, in this budget, nobody can find best Engineering college in India.

Hello Vishwa,
After joining B.Tech. in CSE, you can choose only amongst subjects offered by your college. Perhaps, even if you do not like them! After completing your graduation, if your interest still continues then you can definitely learn programming .

Please use Shiksha Call Predictor, it would give you a better idea. Try and score the highest, I don't think you would want to score a 99.1 percentile instead of 99.9 percentile just because it is only as much as you need. I hope you get my point.

It is better to sit for GMAT exam. Try to get admission in 1 year executive MBA or PGPM program. There are many good private colleges apart from the top institutes like ISB, IIMs, and SP Jain. An executive degree will definitely help you get to the levels of CXOs of any organization.
