MIT School of Engineering and Science offers good placements annually for its BTech courses. As per the NIRF report of the affiliated university, 71 UG four-year students were placed during the 2023 placement drive. Other than this, the report also suggests that the median package offered to students was INR 5 LPA.

NIMS University admission is both merit and entrance-based. The university offers a wide range of programmes at UG, PG, and PhD levels. Admission to most of the UG and PG courses is done through the university's in-house entrance exam, NIMSEE. To get admitted to NIMS University, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. Further, candidates seeking admission to the BTech programme must be Class 12 passed in relevant subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category).
