Hello,
If you wanted to do Masters in technology that is M.Tech. from prominent IITs & IISc then GATE is the compulsory.
If you wanted to do Masters in Science again through IIT colleges than IIT JAM exam is their IIT JAM exam is conducted to pursue the Master degree in science (M.Sc) at IITs & IISc.

There are lots of scope and opportunities in front of you after completing B.Tech. The value of B.Tech is more than Diploma so if you have done B.Tech then give any exam for job.

You should know IES syllabus and compare with your college syllabus. Topics which are matching, try to cover it by class and NPTEL lectures which you can easily access at youtube. For the topics which will be uncovered in lectures watch it from NPTEL lectures.
