No problem, take improvement exam of CS for 12th
and if you have more than 75% in science then you can get admission in any private engineering college to pursue B.Tech in CSE.

Passion overcomes everything which depends upon you which branch to choose.
I suggest you to check out the practical application of the branches you have in your mind first and in industries, how much one should expect to earn and what type of work one would get.
