You won't get a better college with this rank. Go for other exams and counselling too. If this is the last option then Reva college.

Yes of course,
You have lot of options of colleges to choose from one of them.
But, mostly you get private colleges.
Kindly do your first round of counseling.

B.Tech WBJEE

I did not get any seat in 1 round counselling in WBJEE. Should I report at the centre for 2nd round counselling or not?

If you get a seat in second round, then you have to report at reporting center for document verification.
If no seat is allotted to you in second round also, then wait for the third round.
