Hello. Firstly, there is a difference between BE and B.Tech. The course offered at BMS is BE. For more information about the placements and stuff visit www.bmsce.ac.in

If you are applying without OBC certificate, you will be considered under general category. You can apply but you will not get the benefits of OBC category.
