Which is the best option among B.Tech+MS and BS+MS from IISER? I have got 94% in class 12th (CBSE).

BS+MS would be a good option. The reason is that it is always important to study in a reputed institution like IISER. If you study in other colleges you will not experience the practicalities of what you study.

No, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology does not give admission on the basis of UPSEE marks/rank. JIIT only gives admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank.

The best college you can get on the basis of your 12th percentage is Anna University. It is currently ranked 8th by NIRF. Leaving behind all the NITs and new IITs you can apply for Anna University on the basis of your PCM marks. Other good option may include Amity University.

It's not always certain, every year it changes according to the paper and the merit. If the paper is tough then the qualifying marks would be low and if it’s easy then the qualifying marks would be high and the merit is decided accordingly. There is no exact qualifying score.

I would say it depends on you and what exactly you want to do later in life. It’s not about the scope and job opportunities solely. You can excel in all these fields later in life if given time and hard work. I would suggest you to think more about what interests you and then choose accordingly.
