My Order of preference is:
VIT-Vellore, Amrita University, SRM, Manipal University.
Also, considering about fee, distance from your area, and according to your son's interest, choose the best according to his comfortability.

No, with that rank you will not get seat in NITs, but with that rank you may get seat in other private universities which considers JEE rank.
All the best.

Hello pravallika,
The difference is the time period. You will be usually spending 4 years for B.Tech, and if you want to do M.Tech you will then spend another 2 years. But, in case of integrated B.Tech+M.Tech, you will be doing both the degrees is 5 years. So, your time of one year and the fees will

Your chances are very less, I can say that there is no chance.
It depends on your luck too and you may only get seat in last NITs like NIT Mizoram, Jammu and Kashmir, manipur.
You may get only in far NITs and that too, you have less chances and I can’t guarantee you about it.

Yes, definitely. But, if you have passion for CS only then opt for it. If you are choosing CS because of peer pressure then do not opt for it. If you are interest and passionate, then you will love every part of Learning.
