Hello Dev,
DY Patil holds a very good reputation in Maharashtra due to strong alumni network, better placements, and very well designed curriculum, so it will be better for your future to choose DY Patil over Amity University.

How will the low cut-offs for JEE Mains 2017 be affecting the ranks during MP counseling (comparatively 2016)?

Hello Rajat,
As the cutoff drops the minimum rank may be lower than last year but it will also increase the no of students applying to Madhya Pradesh counselling, so overall there will be not any major difference in the cutoff of SGSITS.

Hello Amarthya,
For IEM you need to score less than 4000 rank in WBJEEE or less than 40000 rank in JEE Mains, if you find yourself in any of the categories you will easily get CSE at IEM.
