IIT, Bangalore will give you even more exposure but in level of studies of IIIT, Allahabad is better.

There are 6-7 rounds. It changes year by year. In previous years it used to be 3-4 rounds.

Since the ranks between 1-100000 are called for the counselling, you would also get a counselling offer. Your rank is too low to get the main campus of VIT, Vellore.

The students can apply from 1st of May, Anna University releases the notification for TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission) exam on this date.
