Admissions to engineering colleges in Maharashtra is through MHT CET only. However due to large number of seats lying vacant after completion of counselling, different means are adopted to fill up these seats. Also there is what is called as All India Quota that is going to be announced

Private colleges like LPU, IPU, etc. offer B.Tech in biotechnology without maths.

With such a low rank, it will be very difficult to get CSE in a good government college. You can only get lower branches in good government colleges and chances of them are also very less.
