Hi,
First preference will be for JEE (National level exams) and after that the seats will be allotted as per the entrance exams conducted by state education boards in which state the college is located.

No, your marks are too low to get admission into any good college.
Try any private college through donation or direct admission if you want to do B.Tech only.

Hello HP,
You have scored 83 out of 360 meaning about 23%. Please ask yourself a question whether you will pass 12th with these marks. Nirma looks very tough to me. May be management quota.
